HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE
A big part of the reason you feel so miserable is because of being unproductive.
Times when I felt like I was falling into “depression”, I would often be scrolling on the internet whether it be Instagram, YouTube just spending hours on end watching other people’s lives. All the while NEGLECTING mine. I’ve always felt like my best self when I was using it toward something meaningful.
Time is so precious. Stop wasting it!
