When we’re first introduced to Ms. Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, she is the president of a sorority, and everyone seems to adore her. She has the beauty, the style but there’s just one problem— she is seen as the dumb blonde. Not from just strangers but even by her long time boyfriend —to the point where he dumps her because she’s “not serious enough”.

Elle focused so much on her external value— her hair, makeup, nails and clothes but forgot to focus on brushing up on the things that actually mattered —things like her skills, mindset and . Her boyfriend breaking up with her was the catalyst to the beginning of her growth journey— what she thought would get the love of her life back, was what made her recognize her true worth .

Throughout the movie, even from the beginning, she showed signs of someone who was underestimated—someone much wiser, resilient, ambitious, and most importantly, kind and friendly despite people ridiculing her and being mean.

Her true self is outspoken and strong willed. Supportive, trustworthy friend. can stand up for herself when need be. Won over the hearts of many people leaving a lasting impression on their lives and how they think.

She was also very doubtful of her abilities at times.

Her warm personality , integrity

but when she tapped into her power? Started applying herself.
