BEAUTY IS MORE THAN SKIN DEEP

Here’s a gem. Many people believe that being beautiful is an external vibe... but over here we're diving into the true definition of beauty. We believe beauty starts from the heart and shines through. Your outer appearance reflects your inner self, and if you want to radiate beauty, there's some internal work to be done!

Here are some things you can focus on to become a better, more attractive version of yourself and ultimately feel better!

Being a genuine soul…

Someone who is beautiful is authentically themselves. They have a uniqueness about them because they remain true to who they are at their core, not looking to be like the world. That alone helps them to shine bright in a room full of people who are more or less masking themselves. They may be quiet, they may be outgoing, goofy, weird, whatever it is, they’re just being them and that becomes truly captivating. There is something about them that draws you in.

Because when a person is calculative and withholding of their true nature, you can’t help but to feel disconnected and sense a dark cloud around them, especially when their mask begins to fall off. You question their intentions, if they are truly who they display to others or just trying to be something they are not.

Every beautiful person has a distinct characteristic about them. Find what makes you different and embrace that!

Having compassion…

A person who has a heart for people and animals is deemed beautiful because it shows concern for the suffering of life, something beyond just ourselves. When we can shift our cares from ourselves and walk a mile in others' shoes, we tap into what it means to be human. Someone selfless will always draw others in, because in this world, people just like to know they are seen and heard. A compassionate person understands this and acts on it, and that, my friend, is attractive.

Being intelligent…

Anyone can be book smart but even the best scholars can come off a bit..uh, what’s the word? dumb. There are people who thrive in their intellectual knowledge but spiritually they’re foolish. The ability to be wise and make good decisions that help you live a more successful life is way more substantial than just having your physical beauty to offer the world.

Be humble…

People who are humble are the most confident. We often misunderstand what humility truly means, often equating it with dimming your own light to make others shine. However, that's not humility at all. The real meaning of humility lies in not overvaluing yourself, nor devaluing yourself. It means recognizing your capabilities while acknowledging your human flaws and understanding that you are not superior to anyone else. The key is mastering this balance. Embracing humility allows us to maintain a grounded perspective, creating genuine connection and mutual respect. It's about seeing oneself accurately – strengths and weaknesses – without the need for constant validation or the inclination to put others down. This self-awareness not only enhances personal contentment but also creates an environment of trust and understanding with those around you. Humility, therefore, becomes a cornerstone of healthy relationships and a fulfilling life, where everyone feels valued and seen for who they truly are.

Be a passionate person…

I get it, life is complicated! And sometimes, with all the stress that comes with it, it can be difficult to find something worth living for. That’s why it’s important to make life worthwhile and find a reason to live. Don’t live a life for others, but make your dreams your reality. Work towards and strive for the life you’ve always wanted. Define what success means to you and reach for the stars! Also, find passion in your beliefs and don’t let anyone make you feel less for defending them. In today's world, too many people want you to conform to what's considered normal, but if you believe in something at your core, don’t be afraid to express your thoughts. I truly believe it’s better to stand for something than to fall for anything, regardless of judgment.
